Two Ways to Connect
Written Second Opinion
A specialist reviews your records and provides a structured written opinion on your diagnosis and the treatment options that may suit you.
Live Video Consultation
A scheduled video call with the relevant specialist, with an interpreter if needed, so you can ask questions directly.
Mayo Clinic Channel
As part of SinoUnited's strategic partnership with Mayo Clinic, an official Mayo Clinic second-opinion channel is available where appropriate and with your consent. Our team can explain when this option applies and how it works.
What to Send
- Your diagnosis summary and the questions you want answered.
- Recent imaging (CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound) — on disc, film or via secure link.
- Pathology and laboratory reports.
- A list of current medicines and any previous treatments.
- Your contact details and preferred language.
How It Works
- 1. Submit: send your records through our contact form or by secure email.
- 2. Review: our team confirms the information is sufficient and routes your case to the right specialist.
- 3. Opinion: you receive a written report and/or a scheduled video consultation.
- 4. Next steps: if you choose to travel, we prepare a treatment plan and estimate; if not, you keep the opinion to share with your local doctor.
Fees & privacy: any fee for a remote consultation is explained to you before it begins. Your records are handled confidentially and used only for the purpose of your review, with your consent.
